Hokey pokey




Today in kitchen chemistry ( Rm6 ) we made hokey pokey. First we put 5 tablespoons of sugar into the pot.Then we added 2 tablespoons of golden syrup, mixed together before we put it on the heat. Put stove on low and start to mix so it won't burn. Quickly add a teaspoon of baking soda. Mix quickly so it won't burn on the pot. When all mixed place on baking paper to set. When set break up and enjoy. :)
